Methodology

Building habits and changing lifestyle isn’t easy. We have chores to take care and training usually isn’t a priority, I get that. If you’re here it’s a good start you want to change, I admire that and I hope you do it with or without my guidance. I will be honest and straight people say its simple exercise and nutrition but it isn’t only that. It requires focus and effort which will payoff in the long run.

It shouldn’t be painful and boring my program and methodology acknowledges that every person is different, your goals, eating habits and routines My focus is in understanding where you were, what you want to achieve and how much time you have. Together we will build a customized training program that’s suits your personality
